I. Job Identification
Job Title

Report to:
HRM & GM
II. General Responsibilities
Act as an HR consultant of line departments to provide supports on HR issues, ensure implementation of agreed HR policies and develop the HR programs to support business in achieving the target.
III. Job Responsibilities
- Provides line managers with consultancy and advice on HR issues.
- Acts as strong HR Partner to implement HR process and strategy into practice.
- Understands business structure and helps line management to build up the human capability to meet the mid-to-long term business needs.
- Translates the company business strategy into HR practice
- Identify, develop, motivate, retain key position holders and key talents with support of business managers.
- Provides support for employee relation issues in the company.
IV. Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- Minimum 5 years of HR experiences in MNCs, preferably with recruiting experience
- Action orientated, self-driven, quick learner, proactive
- Good at computer skills
- Good interpersonal skills, good communication skill
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Work experience within a manufacturing environment is a plus
