1. Bachelor degree, major in rubber molding or related speciality;
2. More than three years woking experience in rubber molding, prefer to auto industry;
3. Good ability in English listen comprehension, speaking and reading;
4. Good skill in AUTOCAD drawing;
5. Good ability in solving problem related to rubber molding;
6. Support operation in rubber molding to ensure the stablity of operating process;
7. Good ability in rubber molding repairubg, involve with examnation and checking of new rubber molding;
8. Establish amending plan of rubber molding;
9. Other task assigned by line manager.
