职位描述
Specific Responsibilities
1. Actively develop and optimize distributors'network to support company's ambitious business growth in territory. Responsible for distributor selection, development, assessment, and performance review in consensus with sales & marketing organizations.
2. Participate and contribute for commercial policies including but not limited to products price structure, hospital tender bidding price, distributor rebate scheme, etc.
3. Responsible for timely A/R collection from distributors or direct sales hospital accounts in territory.
4. Responsible for sales forecast accuracy and make efforts to ensure products'availability at deferent levels of distributors and hospitals in territory.
5. Responsible for timely collection of in market sales data and data accuracy.
6. Ensure successful implementation of hospital tender biddings through intersected procedure between the appointed distributor and Market Access, Sales & Marketing organizations.
7. Regularly review distributor payment terms and take initiative actions on any potential credit risk.
8. Monitor and optimize inventory level at distributors with full transparency.
9. Acquire market intelligence and feedback to marketing & sales organizations.
10. Manage distributor meetings & training programs.
Requirement:
1. University degree or above, preferred from health care related majors or economics.
2. At least 7 years working experience in MNC in China medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
3. Minimum 5 years experience on commercial management, hands-on experience and proven success in distributor development and management.
4. Highly committed and accountable, have excellent interpersonal and negotiable skills.
5. Willing to travel frequently. Self-motivated, and with wining spirit.
6. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Chinese.
