1. 协调新的PCBA测试系统开发项目，本地测试供应商和EMS供应商，包括MSA，验收和调试

2. 供应商管理(技术、质量、成本、时间安排)

3.根据设定的KPI，确保卓越的PCBA测试能力和EMS性能

4. 在PCBA测试中支持EMS

5. PCBA测试故障排除

6. 与测试供应商一起培训和支持EMS测试工程师/技术员

7. 根据客户要求，确保测试供应商提供足够的PCBA测试文件

8. 测试计划更新和测试人员修改实现

9. 确保EMS公司使用正确的可加载固件版本和测试应用程序版本

  

任职要求：

1.2年以上自动化测试设备的开发和调试工作经验，包括ICT和FCT

2. 对PCBA制造工艺、检验方法 (SPI、AOI、AXI) 有良好的经验和理解，并能与EMS合作

3.有LabVIEW和TestStand编程经验，能够使用商业ATE组件

4. 有ICT (电路测试)经验，熟悉ICT编程和调试者优先

5. 良好的编程经验和商业编程工具的使用

6. 良好的基于JTAG的测试经验(例如边界扫描、无矢量测试等)

7. 熟悉PCBA生产测试KPI和SPC (统计过程控制)

8. 独立工作能力强，一定的管理能力

9. 良好的项目管理经验

10. 良好的英语沟通能力(口头和书面)

11. 把交流驱动器的知识视为一种资产           

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating new PCBA tester development projects , local tester suppliers and EMS vendor including MSA, acceptance and commissioning

2. Local tester supplier management (technical, quality, cost, time schedule)

3. Ensuring excellent PCBA test capability and performance at EMS based on defined KPI’s

4. Support EMS in PCBA tester issues

5. PCBA tester troubleshooting

6. Training and supporting EMS test engineers/technicians together with tester supplier

7. Ensure sufficient PCBA tester documentation from tester suppliers according to customers requirements

8. Test plan update and tester modification implementations

9. Ensuring correct loadable firmware versions and test application versions are in use at EMS houses

Requirements:

1.Appropriate technical degree (B.S. or above) with at least 2 years' working experience in ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) development and debugging, including ICT and FCT

2. Good experience and understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes, inspection methods (SPI, AOI, AXI) and cooperation with EMS

3. Programming experience with LabVIEW and TestStand, and ability to use commercial ATE components

4. ICT (In Circuit Test) experience, knowledge of ICT programming and debugging is seen as an asset

5. Good experience of on-board programming and usage of commercial programming tools

6. Good experience of JTAG based tests (e.g. BoundaryScan, Vectorless tests and similar)

7. Good understanding of PCBA production test KPI’s and SPC (Statistical Process Control)

8. Independent work ability with limited supervisory

9. Good experience of project management

10. Good English communications (both verbal and written)

11. Knowledge in AC Drives is seen as an asset
