岗位职责:

- 负责薪酬数据的调整、改进及日常的维护；

- 负责配合薪酬及调研产品销售，帮助客户解决调研需求；

- 根据市场需求，负责或参与产品改进及新产品的开发，提出方案并不断地进行完善；

- 负责人力资源调研报告的构思、问卷设计、撰写以及改进；

- 负责企业薪酬调查，包括职位评估、职位匹配、电话访谈、跟踪反馈等工作；

- 公司安排的其他任务。

任职要求：

- 本科学历，统计/数学/计算机/经济/管理学专业优先，一年以上工作经验；

- 有很强的数据分析能力，熟练使用EXCEL、Office等软件，具备维护大型EXCEL表格能力；

- 有较强的逻辑思维能力，突出的学习、整合能力；

- 了解一定的人力资源管理知识，或企业管理理论知识、经济学理论知识；

- 工作细致认真，能承受较大的工作压力；

- 有数据分析工作经验者优先考虑；

- 有HR专业背景或者HR工作经验，同时有调查报告撰写、市场调查工作经历者优先考虑 。
