Job Description / Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a highly self-motivated and experienced research associate/scientist to join our expanding research group focused on the discovery and development of novel therapeutics for neurological disorders and pain. The successful candidate will need to be a strong team player who enjoys hands-on laboratory bench work. Job responsibilities include designing, developing and executing in vivo behavioral studies in various rodent pain models, analyzing and interpreting data, trouble-shooting, defining and meeting delivery deadlines, manage projects and communicate data/report to supervisor and colleagues.

REQUIREMENTS:

¨ Bachelor degree in biology or neuroscience or master degree in neuroscience, pain, physiology, pharmacology or related discipline is desired;

¨ An in-depth understanding of the neurophysiology and pharmacology relevant to chronic pain and neurodegeneration would be beneficial.

¨ Candidates with work experience of small animal handling, surgery and animal behavior assessment are strongly preferred.

¨ Candidates should have a great passion in research and a strong work ethic.

¨ Candidates can become to work independently and adaptable to manage multiple project responsibilities in a team-oriented, multi-disciplinary environment

¨ Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is preferred, but not required.

¨ Excellent English and Chinese communication and teamwork skills

工作职责：

1. 用动物行为学方法进行治疗疼痛及神经退行性疾病的新药测试。

2. 按照公司实验标准步骤设计实验，进行啮齿类动物手术操作及动物行为学测试。

3. 按照公司的规则和客户的要求及时提供高质量的测试数据。

4. 及时根据公司和客户要求分析数据并写出实验报告。

5. 实验室的一般运行维护工作。其它根据公司要求所需要的工作。

职位要求：

1. 本科以上学历，神经科学或者生理学或者药理学专业。

2. 深入了解神经科学及药理学相关知识。

3. 有小动物（大小鼠）手术，行为学检测等工作经验者优先。

4. 具有良好的工作热情，独立工作能力及团队合作精神。

5. 良好的中英文沟通能力。
