Job functions:
China Gateway Biologics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (CGB) is the biologics division of ShangPharmaGroup. CGB specializes in providing integrated CRO and CMO services in biologic development and manufacturing. The person in this position will help the General Manager of CGB to coordinator the tasks and functions among different departments of CGB and within Chempartner. Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
? Attend department and project meetings with GM and prepare meeting minutes after the meeting
? Help GM to follow up the action items for GM assigned tasks or projects
? Help GM to coordinate and facilitate the communications and resources among different departments of CGB as well as within Chempartner group
? Follow up communications with current and potential business clients and help GM to move projects and deals forward
? Collect industrial information and prepare report and analysis for GM
? Help GM to prepare presentation slides, reports, etc.
? Help GM on administrative tasks

Requirement:
? A minimum of Master degree with scientific background in biology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical science or other related fields is required.
? A minimum of 3 years’ working experience in pharmaceutical industrial or related CRO/CMO business is required. Oversea experiences is a plus.
? Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English are required.
? Good at prepare presentation slides and reports with Microsoft Office.
? Self motivated.
