1、天猫店铺的整体运营规划和日常运营工作
2、熟悉淘宝等网店平台操作及推广模式；并能制定相关的计划,能独立完成淘宝平台的产品管理流程；
3、不定期策划淘宝商城营销活动，及策划相应活动的广告，完成店铺销售目标
4、有效的提高店铺点击率和浏览量，完成店铺销售目标
5、熟悉产品及市场，维护品牌形象

任职要求：
1、电商行业5年以上工作经验，具有3年以上独立的店铺运营管理经验
2、具有团队管理经验，合理安排团队工作，并能充分调动员工积极性，提高效率
3、工作主动性强，善于规划分析，思路清晰，具有良好的团队协作意识
4、具有工业品经验优先
5、具有淘宝店铺开店经验者优先
