职位描述：
1、负责人才招聘与储备，包括了解招聘需求与岗位配置、面试实施，优化招聘渠道等；
2、负责员工试用期的跟踪考核、内部选拔、晋升、调岗、离职等人事管理工作，协助上级做好各部门人员调配工作；
3、协助上司构建绩效管理体系，组织公司员工的绩效管理工作，审定绩效考核结果；
4、统筹监督制定公司员工的培训计划，审定、监督根据公司发展需要安排的培训课程；
5、负责指导下属员工工作，行政管理工作（办公用品、固定资产、前台管理、用车管理等）。

任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，CET-4以上，年龄25-32周岁；
2、3年以上人力资源工作经验，熟悉人力资源相关模块的知识并具相关实操经验；
3、2年以上HR招聘相关工作经验，对于中高端人才招聘经验和渠道资源；
4、能够承担细致、快节奏工作，有行政管理经验者优先；
5、优秀的语言表达及沟通能力，协调能力、亲和力和敏锐的洞察能力和分析。 举报 分享
