KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare the tender technical proposal according to bid document.
- Attend the contract negotiation and design liaison meeting
- Converts customer requirements into conceptual designs and prepares associated documentation.
- Prepares system level documents including but not limited to system requirement specifications, system parameters, system alarms, ATC interface control documents and so on.
- Performs block design, track layout and system performance analysis according to customer requirements.
- Configure interlocking control table and system databases base on signaling principle and TST CBTC product characteristics.
- Defines or proposes configuration updates of processes covering the work and its products based on knowledge of systems engineering and/or his technical specialty.
- Pre-sales support based on marketing/sales departments request.
- Supplies and promotes TST project management and financial control principles and methods, as required at his level, by manager.
- Support other team as required.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT:
- Signaling or related background
- Knowledge of the CBTC product and its operating
principles.
- 1 - 3 years' experience in signaling industry
- Good written and oral skills in English
- Skilled in Office software
- B.Sc. in Electrical, Computer Engineering, Transportation or equivalent.
