职位描述：
一、Responsibility:
  1.Work closely with accounting team, oversee plant financial operations to be well executed in line with plant “Must Win“ projects .
  2.Perform plant monthly, and regular operation management reports, that including EBITDA variance analysis & review, inventor, cash flow, segment P&L etc..
　 3.Involve into rolling forecast and flash /actual review cycle. Identify the gap to meet the budget and support controller to take action.
  4.Oversee and review necessary business operations, incl. PR, AR, travel request, project accounting, take immediate actions to correct pending items.
  5.SAP operation improvement in Companies. Ensure accurate & timely month-end closing and relevant financial operations (Revenue recognition, billing, cost tracking, payroll, accruals, liabilities, etc) in SAP platform.
  6.Capex and AR: Provide professional finance analysis to support all kinds of plant investment activities.
  7.Costing and Quotation: manage plant materials procurement &consumption, and other direct expenses. Implement various cost reduction project at facility, office supplies, electricity, outsourced service, etc. Take over plant quotation job to support the overall company business development.
  8.Audit: Act as focal person for Internal Control reviews and external auditing.

二、Qualification:
  1.University degree or above, major in finance / accounting, business administration or related field.
  2. 3+ years professional experience at finance analysis or corporate accounting / controlling, SAP is a plus
  3. Familiar with PRC & US accounting policies is a plus.
  4.Team working, effective communication, quick learner, strong sense of responsibility and result oriented
