工作内容：
1、协助业务人员处理与客户间往来的样品、邮件、文件等资料。
2、接收客户订单，主动联系业务人员确认价格、交货期等，提交销售订单。
3、跟踪订单执行情况，并主动通知客户与负责业务员。
4、协助财务与客户核对往来账务。
5、协助销售经理统计业务人员考核情况。
6、确保公司客户资源及价格等信息的保密性。
7、及时更新公司样品、资料，确保其有效性。
8、协助处理客户投诉，为业务员提供相应支持。
9、其他突发事件处理和领导交办的工作。
任职资格
1、中专以上学历 ，食品专业优先。
2、年以上文员、统计、助理相关工作经验
3、有主动，服务意识 1
4、沟通能力,组织能力强
5、有责任心及爱厂意识
6、能有效地和客户、同事沟通
7、计算机，办公软件操作熟练
待遇：2200-3000，具体面议。公司提供住宿、员工餐、购买社保。
