Job Descriptions:
1.This position requires working independently or in a team to develop binding assays and cell based bioassay for antibody screening, characterization and potency evaluation.
2.This individual will be responsible for developing microwell based binding assay such as ligand binding assay and epitope mapping, FACS/ICC, etc, and cell based functional assays such as cell proliferation assay, migration assay, tube formation/colony formation assays, cell signaling assay, etc, to support our therapeutic antibody development services.
3.This position will also be responsible for maintaining/generating documents and records on a daily basis.
4.Share common laboratory tasks, lead junior scientists and may perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirement：
1.Successful candidates will have Ph.D. degree or equivalent in microbiology, immunology, cell biology with a minimum of 2 or more years work experiences related to assay development for drug development.
2.A M.S. with 5 or more year experiences is also qualified.
3.Lab experiences and knowledge for cell culture, cell based bioassay and immunoassays are highly desired.
4.Supervising experience is a plus.
5.This position also demands excellent communication (especially English), organizational, problem solving and multitasking skills.
