职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
? Manage a team of Team Leaders and technicians (70+ FTEs) providing Field Services support (Corporate and Retail Environment) to end users at our client's locations
? Work with the Project and Senior Management team on long-term strategies in identifying new service opportunities and achieving Service Level Agreements (SLAs) set forth by client
? Interact with the client on a regular basis
? Ensure direct reports meet their goals and follow departmental and client processes
? Work with the recruiting team in hiring qualified candidates
? Administrative tasks associated with managing employees
? Perform root cause analysis and identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies
? Provide leadership, direction and coach/mentor team
? Implement, monitor and adhere to Best Practices
? Manage to Scope of Work and Change of Scopes
? Assist with new launches or new business with client(s)
? Participate in on-going Service Delivery Meetings
? Regional expense management and assist with invoicing

Skills, Licenses, Knowledge, Education and Training Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree or four year equivalent preferred
? Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in management IT role or some combination of 3-5 years in IT operations
? In-depth understanding of IT industry dynamics
? Critical thinking and problem solving skills
? High tolerance/evolved ability to lead and manage ambiguous situations
? Excellent relationship skills
? Superior verbal, written, facility and presentation skills
? Collaboration and team leadership abilities
? Effective time and project management skills
? ITIL Foundations experience a plus
? Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position
