职位描述：
岗位职责
1、负责公司日常资金收付工作；
2、保管公司法人章、电子银行证书、货币资金、银行票据；
3、负责办理与银行相关的各项日常业务；
4、及时更新出纳日报表，商业汇票登记表；
5、ERP应收款系统录入与维护，登记到款核销明细，发送到款通知；
6、开票系统日常维护，购买、开具增值税发票；
7、各种财务凭证、单据、发票的收集整理并及时交会计进行账务处理；
8、组织月底仓库盘点，并出具盘点报告；
9、负责与各往来单位定期和不定期对账，协助清收款项；
10、完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，财务会计相关经济管理专业，持有会计上岗证；
2、一年以上出纳工作经验最好，应届生也可；
3、熟悉发票相关法规，能独立完成增值税专用发票的开具工作；
4、熟悉使用财务软件，熟练使用OFFICE办公软件；
5、工作细致，责任感强，有良好的沟通能力和团队精神。 举报 分享
