职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Work with management team in setting up company IT strategy and annual IT plan. Supervise the execution of the annual IT plan.
? Develop senior level account and stakeholder relationships, working with Business leaders to capture and prioritize demand
? Ensure that the above is translated into effective project resourcing and delivery plans recognizing dependencies
? Review current infrastructure and IS system and recommend action plans. Supervise departmental personnel and third party in IT related projects.
? Ensure that the information systems are maintained in a timely manner and accordance with recognized good practice. Identify and agree appropriate ‘minimum controls’ and ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with the relevant standards
? Proactive leadership of new business systems initiatives, project management and tracking, and ultimate ownership of successful design, roll-out and integration across all technical aspects
? Conduct risk assessment for existing and planned IS systems. Assistance to internal control test and IT related review.
? Define and control annual IT budget in alignment with business budget
? Maintain and enhance a strong service-oriented environment for both internal users and external clients, focused on problem prediction, detection and resolution
? Ensure that supplier terms align with business needs and business risks. Ensure selection of the most appropriate third party resources & suppliers to deliver business as usual and project activities. Collaborate with hardware, software vendors and consultants to ensure the overall design solution is appropriate for Chempartner both now and in the future.
? Implement improved processes, which utilize technology, to improve jobs, processes, training, tools and overall work quality
? Ensure IT project and operation are managed to follow the proper compliances, work with third party consultancy and client for both information security and finance audit.
Requirement:
? Degree qualification in Computer Science or related disciplines;
? More than 10 years working experience with at least 5 years IT management role;
? Strong team management and project management ability;
? Excellent communication and coordination skills;
