区域战略发展经理 / 合伙人
职位描述：
岗位职责；

1.积极开拓当地新的合作机构，代理及学校，维护已有的合作机构；

2.熟悉公司的推广计划和方案，并积极推广；

3.协助公司制定每年的市场推广计划；

4.推广公司美国留学项目，高中申请，美本申请及规划，寻找合作伙伴，创建合作办学项目；

5.协助已有留学项目做好招生工作；


任职要求：

1.高度的责任感、能吃苦耐劳、勇于开拓和具备敬业的精神.

2.一年以上留学行业工作经验，良好的学习能力；

3.具备良好的沟通能力和技巧，例如能听懂当地方言，良好的英语听说能力，在交谈中善于观察,提出问题，表达观点等等；

4.良好的应对解决问题的能力；

5.具备合作精神，乐观的态度，良好的服务意识，高度的责任感和信任感，并适应在压力下工作；

6.仪表整洁，谈吐得体，具有专业精神和个人风格, 诚实守信；

7.能积极主动与上级和同事沟通解决问题；

8.想长期或在2-3年内从事此项工作；

9.基本的英文听说读写能力；

10.接受出差和额外的工作安排。

竞聘优先条件:

1. 有从事过相关工作的经验（含在留学中介，私立院校或海外留学项目的工作经验）;

2. 英语听说写非常流利；

3. 能说当地方言者优先；

4. 有美国留学经验；

5. 熟悉留学市场，了解留学流程;

6. 有渠道资源者优先考虑；
