1、完成招聘计划、优化招聘程序，进行面试与筛选，拓展招聘渠道；
2、完善公司的各项管理制度，并且监督与执行实施；
3、负责员工入职、离职、转正、调动手续办理；
4、负责员工劳动招退工、社会保险、公积金及其他相关人员需求信息的办理、缴纳及跟进；
5、严格执行绩效考核，完善宣传公司福利政策；
6、协助执行薪酬体系搭建，建立、维护人事档案，办理和更新劳动合同；
7、创新公司内部企业文化，加强公司企业文化建设与培训；
8、公司领导交办的其他事项

任职资格：
1. 大专或以上学历：
2. 2年以上人事工作经历；
3. 熟悉劳动法律法规；
4. 熟悉人力资源管理技术；
5. 熟悉计算机操作及办公软件；
6. 具有很强的责任感和事业心，较高的敏感度和判断力，较高的逻辑思维能力；性格外向，有良好的职业道德，擅于沟通和协调，良好的团队合作意识；富有热情，积极进取，坚韧不拔。
