5. Responsibilities and tasks（工作职责）
5.1 Responsibilities（职责）
- Follow the regulation of cash management and Bank Note strictly and follow the process to confirm them are safe;
严格执行现金及票据的管理规定，严密手续，保证资金安全；
- Keep the daily record of cash and bank saving, make the daily report;Cash Flow Report and monitor the cash flow;
登记现金和银行存款日记帐，编制日报表，编制现金流报表，并监控资金运行情况
-Received Note,endorsement,separation and other related business;
票据的接收，背书，拆分，贴现等相关业务；
- Check the payment application and expense reimbursement etc.
审核付款申请和费用报销等。
- Payment and check the receivable on time.
及时将进行付款并跟踪收款情况。
- Come to Tax Bureau to certificate the invoice and get the reciept from Bank etc.;
到税务局认证发票，取银行回单等；
- Prepare the Reconciliation whch you booked ;
编制本人负责科目的发生额、余额调整表；
- Prepare the reports which finance manager request;
准备财务经理要求的相关报告；
-Teamworking with others;
协助本部门人员完成其他工作

5.2 Tasks to be fulfilled（工作内容）
- Follow the regulation of cash management strictly and follow the process to confirm the cash is safe;
严格执行现金管理规定，严密手续，保证资金安全；
- Do the cash receiving and bank clearing in time;
及时办理现金收款和银行结算业务；
- Keep the daily record of cash and bank saving, make the daily report;
登记现金和银行存款日记帐，编制日报表；
- Responsible for keeping the cash, and recording the cash and bank saving for accounting check;
负责保管库存现金，登记现金和银行存款备查帐；
- Know clearly the bank saving, income and expense, make the budget of cash capital periodically
每周更新银行存款帐面余额、收支情况，定期编制资金流预测；
- Check account with the bank and finish the account that is not clear;
负责与银行对帐及未达帐的清理工作；
- Electron port and Exchange cancel after verification.
电子口岸、外汇收支核销；
-complete Bank note(electron) change to cash,endorsement,separation and other related business according to requirement;
根据需求，进行票据的贴现，背书，拆分等业务；
-Process Loan from Bank according to requirement;make the record of loan list and interest list report monthly;
根据需求，进行银行贷款的相关业务；并登记相关贷款明细表及利息计算明细表
- Come to Tax Bureau to certificate the invoice and get the reciept from Bank etc.;
到税务局认证发票，取银行回单等；
- Responsible for auditing the sales tax of add-valued tax and original evidence of income tax, settle the problems after find some problems;
负责审核增值税销项税金和进项税金原始凭证，发现问题及时解决；

6. Job competences（工作能力）
a) Professional education（学历）
- Finance-related bachelor degree or above.
本科以上财务相关专业。
b) Professional experience（工作经验）
- More than 1 year relevant work experience in foreign company.
1年以年外企相关工作经验。
c) Knowledge（相关知识）
- 'Funding policies;
资金相关政策；
- Basic tax knowledge;
基础税务知识；
- Accounting system;
基本会计制度；
Office software, such as excel.
EXCEL等办公软件。
- Knowledge of English language - medium level;
中等英语水平。
d) Abilities（才能）
- Active, quick action and good follow-through.
工作积极、行动迅速，并能有效跟踪进度。
- Keen observer, attention to details;

    新公司位于风景秀丽的净月开发区，占地面积40000平方米，计划招聘员工1200人，预计2015年8月正式投产。
