职位描述：
1、负责统筹推进采购部门全年外购任务，合理分工，提高效率。
2、负责联合供应商、产品开发从项目源头开始共同寻求产品降本方案，达成产品性价比最优化。
3、负责根据价格、服务、品质等动态管理供应链，优化供应资源。
4、能根据公司现状制定集中采购策略，整合公司产品物料的供应渠道。
5、培养下属专业知识，提升分析和解决问题能力，提高整体专业水平。
6、负责采购成本的管控。
7、负责采购部人员管理、工作指导及采购规章制度的建立、完善、执行。

任职要求：
1、电子类专业本科及以上学历；
2、熟悉采购全盘管理流程；
3、具有3~5年以上的相关物料实际采购经验；
4、具有较强的采购谈判和供应商管理能力；
5、熟练操作ERP系统并具有一定的外贸知识和工作经验； 举报 分享
