职位描述：
1、部门人员的管理、工作分配及内部协调，保证本部门业务运行正常。
2、及时发现并解决部门工作中存在的问题，安排培训、召开例行或者不定时的会议。
3、对产品订单、报价单、合同、协议、送货单等文件进行审核，对公司重要文件进行管理。
4、ERP系统运行内部审核的监管，包括基础数据录入、客户录入、客户权限分配、订单审核、送货单审核、回款销帐的监管。
5、对业务员的业务进展工作进行跟进，并定期向上级汇报。如：汇报业务员的每月的销售合计情况、对帐应收明细，对于回款不及时的客户应及时向业务反映催款,及时向总经理提供有效的数据分析结果。
任职资格
1、本科以上学历，工业电气及自动化、市场营销等专业。
2、有一定专业背景知识和3年以上行业工作经验。
3、可熟练应用ERP等系统管理软件。
