职位描述
岗位职责
1、追踪生产过程出现的问题，提供符合成本效益的解决方案
2、和工艺部门合作解决由于方案、过程、工具、设备和产品设计原因导致的制造问题
3、负责新产品生产线的布局，优化现有产品生产布局
4、承担精益生产项目，减少7种浪费，提高5S水准，提供可视化解决方案
5、支持太仓工厂的生产转移项目
6、承担本部门的EHS协调工作
岗位要求
1、机电一体化相关专业毕业,本科及以上文化程度；
2、了解Lean 6 Sigma的相关概念
3、熟悉医疗产品的生产过程，文件控制，设计转移，验证输入和验证输出
4、良好的分析和计划能力
5、良好的在国际团队中的合作和承受压力能力
6、优秀的英语读写说能力
