DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
岗位职责
1. Responsible for the new products process and procedure development, make the process fit for production through the organization of transfer validation and performance assessment.
1.承担体外诊断试剂新产品的工艺和工序的开发，参与转产验证并评估新产品性能，使经过细化的工艺适合生产过程。
2. Setting up and revising the key control point of production process and editing NPI SOP for operators .
2.产品关键工艺过程的制定和改进，新产品SOP的编写。
3.Responsible for the technical guidance of production process, training production staff and providing support on line.
3.负责生产技术支持、生产人员培训和现场指导等工作。
4. Responsible for the research of process improvement and optimization of process parameter. to improve the quality of products , promote efficiency and reduce the production cost through validation.
4.负责产品工艺和工序改进、参数优化及验证，以提高产品质量、提升生产效率、降低成本。
5. Performs any other task(s) as assigned，or defined in related quality procedure.
5.其他相关工作。
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION
岗位要求
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Biochemistry, Biology, Medicine, Pharmaceutical or related science
1.生物、生物化学、医学、制药或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2.About 2 years working experience in immunoassay technologies（Experience working with lCoating\Labeling\Purification of protein\Packing technology of diagnostics or rapid diagnostics is a plus ）.
2.两年以上的免疫分析技术工作经验，熟悉包被、标记、纯化、分包装等诊断技术和过程或者快速诊断相关技术。
3.Be familiar with ISO 13485 or GMP.
3.熟悉ISO13485或GMP质量体系。
4.Prior to the candidate having experiences of medium-to-large size manufacturing plant for immunoassay diagnostics products.
4.具有免疫诊断产品生产放大过程工作经验者优先。
5.Prior to the candidate having experiences of project management independently .
5.有独立的项目管理经验和工序开发者优先。
6.Pass CET-6 and be good at all English abilities.
6.英语六级，听说读写良好。
