DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
岗位职责
1, Responsible for electrical design team building, develop annual employee development plan, coordinate project resource allocation;

1、负责研发部电气设计团队建设，设计年度人员发展计划，协调项目资源人员配置；

2, Responsible for setting up design guideline, coordinate products development progresses;

2、负责制定产品设计规范，协调产品开发进度；

3, Lead or participate the development of electrical design scheme of new products or update, give guidance to common design works;

3、主导或参与公司新产品或产品升级的电气设计方案的制定,指导团队成员日常设计工作；

4, Conduct detailed products design works, deliver necessary design documents;

4、参与具体的产品设计开发，提交必要的设计文件；

5, Check technical document in products development process, control design output quality;

5、审核产品开发过程技术说明文件，控制产品设计输出质量；

6, Help manager achieve other temporary tasks;

6、协助研发部经理完成其他临时任务；

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION

岗位要求

1, Bachelor degree in electronic engineering, automation engineering or instrumentation engineering major;

1、电子工程、自动化或仪器仪表类专业，本科及以上文化程度；

2, More than 5 years career in electromechanical products design ;

2、具备三年以上机电类产品设计工作经历；

3, Has good basic theory of common electrocircuit, familiar with microprocessor as 51, AVR ,ARM and common chip using;

3、具备良好的电路基础知识，熟悉C51、AVR、ARM等微处理器及常用芯片的应用；

4, Having rich experience in some area of the development of motion control, measurement system、weak signal processing、distributed system communication;

4、在以下若干领域有丰富开发经验：运动系统控制、测量控制系统、微弱信号处理和分布系统通讯；

5, Familiar with some EDA tool software like Protel、Cadence、Keil，has good ability of products drawings and C code developing ;

5、熟练掌握Protel、Cadence、Keil等电气设计工具软件，具备较强的电气图纸、PCB和C代码开发能力；

6, Understand quality requirements of new products development, know about basic knowledges of risk analysis, has good ability of writing technical reports;

6、理解产品研发过程中的质量控制要求，了解风险分析基础知识，具备良好的设计文档撰写能力；

7, Has good hands-on ability, activity to works, has good skills in communication and team leadership;

7、动手能力强，工作主动性高，有良好的沟通技巧和团队领导能力；
