职位描述：

主要职责：

1. 积极主动与客户和相关人员做好沟通
2. 确保客户服务及KPI的完善
3. 能够确保保税货物实物、系统数据、相关文件的一致性
4. 与客户及报关行及时沟通，确保良好的合作关系
5. 管理并指导报关代理，确保在约定的时间内完成报关，并确保报关信息的准确性
6. 每月负责与客户做总结会议及安排对账和收款
7. 负责在南中国区推广飞格的仓储物流业务
8. 定期主动的完成业务相关报告
9. 完成上级交办的其他工作

学历要求

1. 大专及以上学历，物流或工商管理优先

技能能力

1. 至少5年在物流公司，保税仓库或报关行工作经验
2. 熟悉WMS操作系统及AS400/Exceed系统的优先
3. 有丰富的客户服务及报关经验
4. 良好的电脑操作能力，有进出口、保税报关知识

个人能力

1. 充满朝气活力，渴望学习新的事物
2. 良好的沟通技能和人际交往能力
3. 有良好的合作意识，组织能力及团队合作精神
