岗位职责

1. 质量管理体系文件的管理： QMS documentation management
1.1 文件编号和版本的控制； Control documentation number and edition；
1.2 文件归档管理 ，包括文件变更、发放、回收、保存；Files management including controlled document change, release, call back and storage.
1.3 外来文件的管理、保存和发布; Documents of external origin management including storage and distribution.
1.4 国内外质量法律法规、政策条例的收集、整理、更新和归档。Collect the lasted domistic&international laws, regulations and policies.
2. 产品文件的管理: Products documentation management
2.1 产品批记录的审核与归档管理；Review and keep files of products batch records;
2.1 技术资料的收集与归档管理。Collect and keep files of technical data.

岗位要求

1.生物、医学、制药相关专业大专及以上学历。Academy or above, Biology, Pharmacy, Medical Science relevant professional.
2.有2年以上质量管理体系工作经验。Have at least 2 years working experience in quality system.
3.熟悉ISO9001& ISO13485质量管理体系，有内审员证书优先。Be familiar with ISO9001 & ISO13485 Quality System. The relevant quality system internal auditor certification ( ISO9001/ISO13485) is preferred.
4.工作稳重细心，有较强的责任心，良好的沟通技巧和协调能力。Careful and high responsibility. Have a good communication skill and coordinate ability.
5. 良好的英语读写能力。Good English communication skill in reading and writing.
