岗位职责

1.根据质量体系文件要求进行现场检查，监督各部门是否严格按照体系要求运行。带领相关团队进行整改。
2.对采购物料、半成品、产成品不合格品及客户投诉的质量问题进行统计分析，带领生产、工艺、采购和质检等相关团队制定改进计划(短期、中期、长期)
3.推行纠正预防措施系统，对实施情况进行跟踪检查并验证，确保纠正预防措施的有效性。
4.对各种验证进度进行跟踪，并参与相关验证工作。
5.将公司推行总部的研发管理流程，结合试剂研发产品的特点进行设计质量控制。
6.协助部门主管完成内部或外部质量审核工作。
7.对公司员工进行质量相关的知识培训。

岗位要求

1.生物、化学、制药相关专业本科及以上学历。医学检验、免疫学或分析生物学专业优先。
2.有3年以上生物或医药行业QA或QC工作经验。
3.熟悉诊断试剂或制药质量管理法规和体系。有ISO/GMP内审员资质者优先。
4.喜欢基于事实和数据经行决策，有一定数据统计和分析能力。
5.有较强的计划能力和学习能力、善于思考。
6.CET4级以上，英语读写熟练。具备基本的听说能力。
