岗位职责：

1. Responsible for the new products development, make the process fit for production through the organization of transfer validation and performance assessment.

1.承担体外诊断试剂新产品的工艺开发，通过组织转产验证，评估新产品性能，使经过细化的工艺适合生产过程。

2. Responsible for the technical guidance of production process, training production staff and providing support on line.

2.承担生产过程的技术指导，培训生产人员，对生产线实施在线支持。

3. Responsible for the investigation and analysis of the unconformity causes, analyzing and solving unqualified abnormal process and accumulation of the datum and experiences for process improvement.

3.调查和分析不合格原因，分析解决生产线异常，为工艺改进积累数据和经验。

4. Responsible for the research of process improvement and optimization of process parameter. To improve the quality of products and reduce the production cost through validation.

4.负责生产项目的工艺改进摸索和工艺参数优化，通过验证落实到生产，不断提高产品的质量，降低生产成本。

5. responsible for setting up and revising the key control point of production process.

5. 负责生产工序和过程中的关键工艺控制点的制定或者修订。

岗位要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in biology, pharmacy and medical laboratory sciences;

1.生物、制药或医学检验相关专业本科及以上学历。

2. More than 3 years related working experience about diagnostic and pharmaceuticals industry

2.有至少3年以上诊断、医药行业相关工作经验。

3. be familiar with validation, be able to organize validation independently and be familiar with validation documents writing.

3.熟悉验证过程，能独立的组织验证，并熟练编写验证相关文档。

4. be familiar with the datum analysis tools and quality assessment software, know about the related knowledge of risk analysis.

4.能熟练的运用数据分析工具和质量评估软件，并了解风险分析相关知识。

5. be familiar with 6 Sigma/LP or having working experience about LEAN projects.

5.熟悉6SIGMA/精益生产等知识或具有LEAN项目经验。

6. Prior to the candidate having experiences of project management and process development independently.

6.有独立的项目管理经验和工序开发者优先。

7. Pass CET-6 and be good at all English abilities.

7.英语六级，听说读写良好。
