岗位职责：
设计DNA模板，引物，探针，选择合适的内切酶、连接酶和DNA聚合酶，建立PCR反应体系，检测病人病原微生物的变异

岗位要求：
1.熟悉分子生物学的基本技术，有分子诊断试剂盒开发和生产经验，熟悉分子诊断试剂盒的工作原理和试剂盒研发的关键环节。
2.生物、制药或医学检验相关专业本科及以上学历。
3.具有一定独立科研能力，善于学习新技术和新方法。
4.具有良好的英文读写水平，能看懂专业外文资料。
