Job title:
Assistant for inspection report checking and sending (Evening job) – Full-Time

Context:
Every day the Quality Control (QC) inspectors of AQM go to factory, inspect goods, and write reports. These reports are sent by our inspector to our office.
To guarantee our best services for our customers, we need to check these reports, correct them if necessary, and then send them to the right person.

Job description:

The job consists in:
- receiving the report from all the QC every evening
- reading the report, checking nothing is missing
- making corrections, calling the inspector if there are any doubts or questions
- sending the report to the right person among all our customers
- giving feedback to our inspectors so they can improve their report and reduce mistakes.
- bring clear replies to customers for questions about inspection and report inquiries.
- Send inspection Green light and prepare inspection certificates.

The job is a evening job, the working time is from : 4 p.m - 12 a.m, Monday to Friday.

The job can be done from home, however in the beginning it will be necessary to come to office during day time to learn the job and received training

This job requires a high sense of responsibility, and high attention to detail. You will have opportunity to learn many skills, such as organization, and to practice and improve your English communication and writing skills, and also to develop confidence with customer relation.

Profile sought:
1. Bachelor degree minimum or master, (new graduated students can be accepted)
2. Fluent English for both reading and writing. Need to read and correct English inspection reports daily. Good computer skills (use of Microsoft Excel)
3. Care about details, an experience in a job related to correction can be a plus, but not compulsory.
4. Familiar with the quality inspection process and knowledge of AQL will be a plus.
5. Hard-working, can manage the pressure, and the evening time working
6. Good adaptation and understanding to all kinds of customers' requirements and technical file.
7. Familiar with Textile industry and customers' service will be a plus,

Other requirements:
1. Rigorous, careful, high sense of responsibility and good professional ethics: Honest, self-discipline, hard-working
2. Stronger communication and coordination and capacity to deal with quality problems
3. Active, initiative, team spirit

Salary:
-During Probation period ( 2 months ) : Minimum salary 4200 rmb (before taxes) / month
-If you succeed probation period. Salary will raise to 4500 RMB (before taxes.)
and we will offer you a 2 years contract.

-After 6 Months of work in AQM, salary can raise up to 5000 RMB after personal evaluation.
- You can expect a yearly raise of around 10% accord to your performance.
- AQM will pay for your internet connection at your home, and provide work computer + 150 RMB phone allowance / month
