Responsibilities
? 建立并完善成本核算程序和控制制度。
Establish and improve cost accounting procedure and cost control system.
? 全面了解公司的产品及其生产流程。
Try to get comprehensive understanding of the company's products and the production process.
? 审核所有与成本核算有关的原始凭证, 如原材料采购发票等，并进行成本核算。
Audit all original vouchers related to cost calculation, such as raw material and freight charges invoices etc., and collect and allocate production cost timely and accurately.
? 与库管员定期盘点存货, 并出具盘点报告。
Cooperate with warehouse staff to manage booking inventory and physical inventory, and issue inventory check report on regular basis.
? 负责存货及应付账款的核算和管理，及时与采购部进行对账并确保往来准确，并及时提示账期情况。
Responsible for monthly coordination of inventory and accounts payable, timely check with Purchasing Department and ensure all the balance is correct.
? 出具成本分析报告，提供相关成本管理信息及建议。
Prepare cost analysis report and provide relevant cost information and advice on how to improve cost management.
? 协助ERP组长推进公司ERP的实施进程。
Assist to advance the implementation process of ERP.
? 出纳工作。
Cashier related work.
? 其他临时性的工作。
Other ad hoc work.

Experience and Skills
? 会计或财务专业大专以上学历，具有会计从业资格证。
College education or above in accounting or finance with accounting professional certificate.
 
? 至少4年以上工业企业成本会计工作经验。
Minimum of 4 years of cost accountant experience in manufacturing environment.

? 良好的职业道德，工作积极主动善于协作。
Good professional ethics, positive and collaborative.

? 熟练操作Excel等常用办公软件。
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills. 举报 分享
