It is actively preparing for the future of energy by progressively expanding its energy offerings and developing complementary next generation energy activities (solar, biomass, nuclear).JOB DIMENSIONS?Financial data:?Production data: production volume of 2008 is 42,000 MT, approximately 20% increase in 2009?People data: whole team around 35 people?Statistical data:MAIN TASKSActivities: 1 Supervise production force to meet marketing demands in a safe and environmental sound manner;2 Direct the planning work to complete periodic production plan, raw materials replenishment and receiving plan, and some other relevant matters and control the stock level of materials and products appropriately;3 Monitor the product quality and the efficiency of blending, filling and packaging in order to meet with the requirements of the company and other international standards.4 Supervise warehouse and coordinate with logistics dept. to transfer products between plant warehouse and area warehouses, to ensure a on-time dispatch to customersSupervise Maintenance to ensure equipment & facilities are in sound working conditions all the time and responsible for any planning and implementation of plant further expansion and modification;.1 Cooperate with laboratory to conduct production quality Control. 2 Manage the whole plant including admin. to ensure the normal operation in a well managed environment; 1 Context and environment:2 Plant under proper operation; 3 Plant is certified for ISO 9000 2000,ISO TS 16949, ISO 14000 & OHSAS 18000;4 High safety,quality standard together with productivity are expected; 5 Foreign company located in Dagang Economic Development Zone, Zhenjiang City, in a foreign investment environment. REQUIREMENTS1 Bachelor, major in Machinery, Chemistry,automation or related area;2 Above 8 years experience in manufacturing site, including 5 years PETROCHEMICAL operation management;3 Familiar with lube oil production, ISO 9000 and ISO 14000; 4 Good team leader, strong communication, organization, and planning skill; 5 Good commend in written and spoken English.
