Position: Manager Assistant

1.General requirements

1) All university major can be accepted;
2) Fluent in English Speaking and Writing;
3) Good intercommunication skills and sociability;
4) Positive thinking and possess challenging spirit;

5) Proficient in using MS Office software, incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

6) 1 to 3 years in Administration or HR works.

2.Job Requirements:

1) Assist Branch Manager to handle all the office affairs

2）Office daily administration work
3）Communicate and coordinate with different departments, conduct company annual check

4) Any other duties as assigned by manager

5) Draft the recruitment advertisement, Prepare labor contract, conduct the on-boarding procedure for the new hire, and check-out for terminated employees;
6) Deal with the social insurance, housing fund, and responsible for the annual adjustment of the basic pension;
7) In charge of labor contracts, employee information on various types of personnel files and information management;
