职位描述：
Responsible for bookkeeping and financial data maintance.
Job Description:
1. Bookkeeping overheads for J&S, Shenzhen branch in both SAP and UFIDA.
2. Issue sales invoices for USR.
3. Bookkeeping all kind of entries for USR, e.g. sales revenue, cost of goods, overheads, salary and social security etc.
4. Reconcile sales revenue, calculate purchase cost and manage inventory of USR.
5. Declare tax and statuory report for USR every month.
6. Prepare monthly management report for USR and send it to CEO.
7. Finish yearly audit report, corperation tax settlement, corperation annual checking for USR before deadline.
8. Record sample fee and other sundry fee which paid by cash.

Job Qualification:
1. College or above, major in Accounting or related field;
2. Certified Accountant.
4. 1+ year experience in related area;
5. Familiar with national and local tax and accounting policies;
6. Familiar with operations of cashier.
7.High sense of responsibility, self-motivated;
8.Engaging & influential communication/negotiation skill;
9.Keen observation, analysis and coordination ability;
10.Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics;
11.Excellent team work and working well under pressure.
12. Computer proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
13. Familiar with CMB/HSBC/DB web bank system;
