Responsibilities 职责
? A Supplier Development & Control Engineer manages orders in production and quality control activities on a day-to-day and onsite basis. 对供应商现场生产的产品的质量管控。
? An individual in this position usually prepares production QC & Order Management programs for the Company's projects, facilitates these programs around the Supplier's company(ies) to better control resources, supervise/perform inspections and supervise their employees.
该职位人员通常需要为公司的项目做好产品质量管控和管理程序，使得更好的控制资源，更好的督促供应商的员工。
? Work in combination with Company's Sourcing, QA Inspectors and Project Managers Team on a regular basis.
与公司QA ，项目经理，采购人员共同合作工作
? He/she will be constantly moving and visiting manufacturer's facilities, confirming production samples, inspecting incoming production materials or finished articles for conformance to drawings, samples, and specifications; process standards and specifications; and production or process plans.
该人员需要经常性的出差，并了解工厂设备，确保产品样品，检验生产材料。

Specific Requirements 要求
? At least 3+ years experience leading procurement/engineering manufacturing projects.
在生产/工程项目中至少有3年的经验
? Factual experience on product manufacturing methods such as plastic injection, mould manufacturing, casting, stamping, etc...
在塑料，模具生产方面有实际的参与
? Proven experience in packaging and textile related products is required.
需要有包装，纺织品等方面的经验
? Strong background and work experience in Quality Control & Assurance methodologies.
在QA/QC 的背景
? Willing to travel & when required to work extra hours/weekends to meet the target.
能接受加班，周末工作
? Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, etc…
计算机技能良好
? Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Chinese & good level of English
