Purpose

A bridge between Managing Director and other employees / government officials;

Principal Accountabilities

1.Assistant to Senior Executives (M.D. and B.O.D.)

@ Proactively communicate with Board and Supervisory Board in Germany

@ Arrange the administrative and traveling services for M.D., BOD members, senior executives as well as overseas VIPs, etc.

@ Communication with local government leaders and officials

@ Actively anticipate to German business society such as AHK

@ Participate scheduling and coordination of Management Meetings and update all necessary documentation with follow-up on status of outstanding issues, such as tracking and controlling

2. Marketing Communication

@ Advocate to Marketing functions in HQ (Germany) and other subsidiaries

@ Maintain relationship with local industry media and press releases

@ Participate in update of the marketing communication toolkits, such as Chinese website, catalogues, online shop, leaflet, etc.

@ Participates in developing marketing campaign plans and market research to support sales team

Nature and Scope

@ The job holder reports to Managing Director.

@ Business travels required

@ Location in Kunshan city

Quarlifications

@ Good communication skills in international multilingual environment /diversified cultures

@ Active; detail-concerned; responsible; team player with Can-Do attitude

@ Hands-on experience of industrial, promotion events

@ Fluent written and oral German and English skills (living experience in German-speaking countries preferred)

@ IT know-how: good in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.) & internet social network (SNS)
