职位描述：
工作内容：
1、按照公司拓展计划，保证系统内品项资源最大化；
2、独立完成所辖渠道的各项谈判工作，以保证公司市场计划的充分落实；
3、协调管理终端客户，维护良好的客情关系，保证KPI考核的；
4、监督管理业务人员和促销人员，确保人员工作效率与执行力；

职位要求：
1、有维护KA卖场及客户的工作经验3年以上；具有熟练的谈判技能；
2、男女不限，户口不限，大专以上学历，工作经验丰富者可适当放宽学历要求；
3、具备市场开发能力及敏锐的市场洞察能力；
4、具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力
5、行事踏实、认真、具有亲和力，客户服务2.在职权范围内，能进行自我管理，能自主、自立、自信地处理业务。能力全面；
6、熟悉大润发、沃尔玛、世纪联华、莎莎等渠道
7、有商超工作经验，例如百联集团，九佰等
能力考核：
1、熟练掌握销售谈判技巧；
2、有较强的终端把控能力；
3、熟练运用电脑，会处理数据分析及相关报表；
态度考核：
1、能自觉地尽职尽责的工作，能自始至终的表现出负责的态度；
