职位描述：
- Arrange the storage place and check the storage account and serial numbers
安排货物的存放地点(本着区、架、层、位的原则码放上架) ，管理保管账和货位编号
- Audit and report with all relevant forms and coordinate with other departments
审核、报送各种单据，协调其他部门
- Implement and control the safe & effective management of warehouse, pick up the tools and arrange shipments, check the quantity and type of the tools in and out;
实施和监督仓库的安全管理，货物的进出库、存储相关的日常事务等工作
- Update inventory figures timely to better serve internal customers (sales, financing…)
及时更新库存数据以便更好地为其他部门提供查询上的便利（销售、财务）
- Follow up closely with imported goods to avoid any delay;
及时跟踪进口物品的清关状况以便及时到货
- Audit monthly and yearly stock counts, take necessary measures for improvement;
做好月度盘点及年度盘点， 采取措施持续改进相关工作
- Keep good connections with the Customs, CIQ, delivering persons, forwarders, etc.;
与海关、商检、送货人员、货代等协调并保持良好关系
- Handle all customs affairs including import, export and its documentation;
负责所有的与海关有关的事务包括进出口，整理报关单据
- Complete other jobs ordered
完成上级交办的其他工作

Qualifications 任职资格
- College degree or above
大专 (以上) 学历
- Customs declaration license is a plus
最好拥有报关资格证书
- im- and export customs declaration
进出口报关
- 3 or more years related working experience in logistics management/import/export area
3 年(多)的物流管理，进出口工作经验
- Good ability to communicate in Chinese and English or German
具有良好的中英/或德文沟通、表达能力
- Good at MS office software and SAP system
熟练使用 MS Office 和 SAP软件 举报 分享
