职位描述：

POSITIONSUMMARY

We are currentlyaccepting applications for Coordinators with demonstratedsuccess recruiting students for programs preparing students for internationalhigher education in the United States. The position is basedin Shanghai.

Coordinators will be expected to work with prospective studentsand parents at the Pearson learning center in Shanghai from Monday to Friday aswell as travel and make recruiting presentations at International High Schoolsin the Shanghai area.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with senior management of the organization to develop marketing programs, design marketing strategies, and implement marketing campaigns.
• Provide leadership and direction in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the strategic marketing plan for the organization.
• Plan and run promotional special events such as information sessions for parents and students, community events, tours of the Pearson learning center, and high school presentations.
• Conduct market research and analysis, and establish data management and tracking systems to improve the organization's marketing efforts.
• Recruit new students to achieve new student goals for each term.
• Strive to reach the expected conversion goals for each stage of the recruiting process.
• Interview prospective students through telephone and face-to-face presentations to determine motivation, interest level and qualifications.
• Present and sell the program during internal and external presentations and respond to applicants’ needs.
• Maintain knowledge of the University partner's mission, accreditation, history, curriculum, courses, academic policies and faculty.
• Participate in day-to-day operations activities, general administration and special projects of the site.

QUALIFICATIONS

· 2-5 years of demonstrated successrecruiting students for programs preparing students for international highereducation in the United States

· Strong interpersonal skills and theability to effectively work with parents, students, international high schoolleadership and University partners.

· Data management and tracking skills.

· Skill in

o Organizing resources and establishingpriorities

o Establishing effective operations andprocedures; developing and implementing new strategies and procedures

· Ability to:

o Communicate effectively, both orallyand in writing.

o Develop, plan, and implement short- andlong-range goals.

o Plan, organize and coordinate mediaactivities and special events.

o Interpret industry needs anddirections, assess capacity, and to plan, develop, and implement appropriate marketingstrategies

· Knowledge of strategic communicationsand marketing concepts, principles, methodology and techniques.

· Fluency in Mandarin and English
