职位描述：
Responsibility

1. Collect, coordinate and record project demand
2. Develop scope of work， requirement based on demand
3. Assess contractor’s proposal and provide evaluation report
4. Tracking purchasing requisition approval
5. Conduct contract safety training and pre-work assessment
6. Assist contractor ITC management
7. Handling with bonded issue related with project
8. Coordinate between landlord and contractor to ensure project get approval, permit etc.
9. Conduct EHS inspection and report out daily. Stop work that violation to law, regulation and UTC policy and requirement
10. Check and record project material, equipment of project. Make sure it meet SOW and requirement
11. Daily report out project status that include but not limited schedule, quality, material and corrective action
12. Monitor and ensure project waste are disposal following UTC requirement
13. Conduct inspection to “ Concealed work” and provide inspection report
14. In charge of deal with change order
15. Coordinate with user with contractor
16. Lead project milestone acceptance and provide report
17. Conduct project acceptance, make sure project are meet scope and requirement
18. In charge of document update and as built drawing, make sure it are right and transfer to GATT
19. Manage documents, ensure manual, permit and drawing are properly stored
20. Manage project document include but not limited certification, qualification and inspection report
21. Organize operation, maintenance training to GATT employee
22. Translating document
23. All document are bilingual
24. Manage project follow & meet project schedule


Requirements
- at least 2 years relevant working experience
- experience and knowledge of facility management
- good communication and coordination skills
