JOB OBJECTIVES:
To support on the recruitment activities along with business needs to make sure on time delivery and high quality.
JOB SCOPE:
According to company recruitment needs, support on assigned recruiting activities to fulfill hiring plan in accordance with company policy and process.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be responsible for the recruitment of assigned positions (including office and first line) independently to make sure all recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet all assigned matrix, such as cycle time; recruitment cost; offer acceptance rate; 6 month probation passing rate, etc. and in accordance with company policies and standards, including:
- Clarify job descriptions with hiring manager to make sure full understanding of the position characteristic;
- Screen CVs and source candidate to make sure the recommended candidates meet minimum position requirements;
- Keep effective communication with selected recruitment suppliers to ensure their delivery and quality of service;
- Coordinate all interview arrangements to make sure the smooth of interview process;
- Coordinate on offer process including offer approval, offer letter generation and offer release to ensure the process effectiveness;
- Keep on-going communications and follow up with candidates on medical check and on boarding issues to make sure candidate’s successful on boarding;
- Be responsible for full cycle of hiring of seasonal workers according to business demand, including communications with labor agency, people selection, on boarding arrangement, etc. to make sure enough people on daily operations;
- Support on other recruitment activities assigned to meet superior’s expectation.
MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree.
- At least 2 years' experience in HR function and 1 year experience on full life-cycle of recruiting.
- Familiar with recruitment tools, such as website, headhunter, media platform, etc.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technical Background.
- Recruitment experience on handling technical hiring.
SKILLS:
- Strong prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-soling and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to communicate in an efficient way within team or with cross function.
ATTRIBUTES:
- Self-motivated under pressure and challenge.
