职位描述：
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Explain detail about the job responsibilities
Translate Sales Forecast into Supply Plan to ensure proper amount of inventory is available to meet customer demand
Provide follow-up and recovery plans for out of stock, low stock and excess items
To balance flexibility & stability of operations
To chair and lead the monthly supply review meeting
Routinely perform root cause analysis to drive supply quality improvements
Develop, track and implement supply quality improvement plans
Act as the Demand Solutions (DS) super-user for replenishment planning management: business and IT liaison
Routinely maintain Demand Solutions' system RP data
Lead or support additional analysis as needed
Gather and report necessary Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics
Assist management in developing a more robust & efficient supply chain process Order Process & Follow up

QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong background in Supply Chain
Excellent analytical skills
Strong problem solving skills
Results driven with emphasis on keeping customer and business commitments
Extremely high initiative
Effective communication skills, including verbal and presentation skills
