职位描述：
岗位职责：

- To prepare the material plans with cost purchasing. Review and ensure the availability of production material according to production plan.
准备材料计划.根据生产计划确保材料的可用性。
- To prepare the semi-finish material plans according to the stock information in SAP. In case no stock， that purchasing from KOIN or other company of kometgroup.
根据SAP库存信息准备半成品材料。必要时向印度或其他高迈特子公司进行采购。
- To maintain the accuracy of Bill of Material in the SAP system. To prepare the new material claim for the warehouse on new reamer, easy special tools. To prepare and organise the production orders and material order sheet in the SAP software.
维持SAP系统物料清单的准确性。在SAP系统中输入相关生产订单，材料单。准备新的材料需求。
- Continuing Improvement process for PPS， follow up the production order and research the potential problems during production process, to avoid any problem and ensure the smooth order process completed on time.
对生产计划及工艺的持续改进，追踪生产订单，调查相关生产工艺中潜在的问题进行避免以确保生产订单的及时完成。
- To prepare the new reamer, easy special tools procedure and prepare the working plans.
准备新的铰刀,简易非标刀具工作流程
- To finish the documents: production plan; material order sheet; material order forecast.
完成各类报表：生产计划，材料订单列表，材料预测单。
- To contact the suppliers with the coating, heat treatment, cutting, marking processes related with production.
与生产车间相关的涂层，热处理，线切割，刻字等供应商的联系事宜。

任职要求：

- College degree or above 大专 (以上) 学历
- basic knowledge of production or quality management and SAP
生产,质量管理和SAP等相关经验
- approx. 2 years experience in production or quality dept.
2年左右相关行业企业生产部门或者质量部门的工作经验
- proficient use of SAP system
熟练使用SAP系统
- relatively comprehensive/ universal personal abilities/ qualifications; ability to learn quickly
具有较高的综合素质，能够迅速掌握各种知识
- good language skills, reading, writing in English and Chinese
良好的中英文口语、阅读和写作能力
- good skills in the areas of self organisation, communication; good social skills
有较强的组织、沟通及人际交往和社会活动能力
- good team spirit, honest and reliable, friendly, and able to keep relationships
