Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job):

· Preferable Masters degree in chemical engineering

· At least 7 years process engineering experience, chemical industry or similar and/or with engineering company active in this field.

· Quality management experience is preferred, including experience in ISO system.

· Affinity with hazardous chemicals and preferably solid materials handling

· Safety drive, communicator, team player, able to cooperate with different disciplines (marketing, R&D, production) and countries (frequent contact with Sweden)

· Innovative/creative, conceptual thinker but also structured problem solver.

· English language: good

Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities (kindly limit to a maximum of eight)

· Optimise plant output and total cost of ownership in close cooperation with production manager and plant maintenance manager.

· Ensure that all activities employed are according local and AN QHSE regulations.

· Ensure efficient use of raw materials and energy and improvement thereof.

· Ensure process manuals and recipes are adequate and up to date.

· Implement new products and process improvements in close cooperation with Technology and R&D in Netherland.

· Guide (new) process engineers to ensure that they learn their profession.
