Key Objectives/Principal

Process mainly export orders with procedures and coordinate with regional sales on orders follow up, handle the customer’s inquires and complaints

1. Coordinate with Production Planner and the logistic to ensure smooth delivery of orders to customers, manager urgent/special orders with close work with production and logistic departments

2. Coordinate with credit and business controller to check customers’ credit status according to established policies / practices and assist sales communicate with customers to settle credit issues. Track customers’ payment.

3. Assist to build up CRM system including customer files, customer visiting report, complaint filing and potential customer list.

4. Maintain and update the necessary information/data related to customer, material etc. in SAP system

5. Provide monthly order situation report and analyze customer purchasing behaviour.

6. Act as backup to other colleagues.

Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job):

1. College degree and above, international trade background is a plus.

2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in customer service.

3. Good command of English.

4. Familiar with SAP.
