职位描述：

Qualifications:

- Fluent in both English and Chinese

- Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in the freight forwarding industry

- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial position

- Pro-active, aggressive, result oriented, competent leader and a team player

- Ability to influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts on internal and external board level.

- Ability to make decisions and take ownership of the problems.

- Good sense in marketing and sales and able to work under pressure

Job Responsibilities:

- In charge of daily business activities of the branch, to ensure overall performance is kept at a satisfactory level as well as policies are fully implemented at all times.

- Participate in operation process improvement and able to provide constructive ideas and suggestions.

- Take part in trouble shooting etc to effectively control operation risks and avoid corporate loss.

- To keep Staff morale and motivate staffs for higher productivity and minimize errors.

- Build up good relationship with vendors, clients, coloaders, liners, airlines.

- Keep close relationships with branch offices and overseas agents.

- Take an active role in enhancing further development of Branch business activities in close cooperation with Management team.

- Be responsible for HR relation in accordance to local regulations, including overall administrative and operational management in terms of job arrangement, people management, staff recruitment of the Branch.

- Take the leadership of the full P&L of Branch.

- Have a concrete action plan with a guidelines and timeline to develop the Branch.
