职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、全面负责公司法务工作，建立公司风险防范及公司内部控制体系，处理公司对外法律纷等相关法务工作；
2、参与公司的法律纠纷调解、仲裁、诉讼准备以及对外律师委托，负责公司知识产权的保护；
3、根据公司战略发展规划，分解制订法务部年度、月度工作目标和工作计划，报领导审批通过后执行；
4、参与公司收购等项目的前期调研、法律收集分析，提供公司商务谈判、融资、并购等项目的法律支持；
5、负责对公司各职能部门的生产、经营、管理活动提供法律咨询服务,配合有关部门调查、处理公司员工的违法乱纪行为；
6、负责集团公司法务工作的培训、执行、检查，制定法务部培训计划，拟定企业法律事务常识培训计划；
7、评估、预防和控制企业运营中的法律风险，并跟踪执行。

岗位要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，法律类相关专业，英语熟练者优先考虑；
2、十年以上工作经验，三年以上大型集团企业、上市企业或外资企业相同岗位工作经历；
3、具有集团公司法务体系建设及企业并购项目法务工作经历。
4、具有团队精神和领导艺术；较强的组织协调能力和沟通技巧；良好的语言表达能力和写作能力。 举报 分享
