Purpose of position:
Support and backup for local Fulfillment Management – Product Care group
Development representative for electric tools (BA Electrical Tools & Accessories produced in P88
Core Accountabilities:
? Engineering support and activity steering for products in P88 mass production to improve product quality, prevent or solve production stops and to qualify cost saving measures, independently from engineers within P88
? Communication pivot for P88, development / product care ET&A and quality departments in P88 and headquarters
? Safeguarding of product availability with check and release of deviation requests (concessions)
? Design or redesign of components with UG and maintenance of specifications and bill of materials in Ectr
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
? Master degree of mechanical engineer / science or similar education, equivalent job experience, Bacherlor degree of same major with at least 4 years job experience is all acceptable.
? Experience in design and specifications of mechanical components (including plastic parts) and product development processes
? Good language skills in English and good communication skills in Chinese
? Clear understanding of internal network and business model
