职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the human resource manager, in accordance with the company actual requirement of the business needs, to assists with daily HR management including but not limited to employee relations, C & B, and some special projects as required.
ER:
？ Participate the design, development, and implementation of proactive Employee Relations strategies, practices and policies
？ Handle the relationships with government and regulatory organizations to make internal protocols and policies in line with local government requirement and legal environment;
？ Sever as subject master expert in specific area(s) of ER programs to resolve ER issue related to discipline, grievance, involuntary separation etc.
？ Provides day-to-day support, advice and counsel to line managers and supervisors on complex labor and employee relations’ matters including contract interpretation and management, grievance resolution, discipline management and other related labor and employment matters
？ Leads and directly deploys a consistent and objective approach to resolve ER issues.
？ Assistant HRM for employee survey, annual appraisal dialog’ implementation.
？ Assist to design and implement employee engagement and other projects/activities as required
？ Employee insurance proposal and annual update.
？ Internal communication jobs such as season magazine layout ,content and printing, organize the annual party, inauguration, outing and other events/activities to make sure the company culture goes in a positive harmonious trends.
？ News and new employee announcement.

C & B:
？ Assistant HRM for C&B Systems monitoring and the implementation;
？ Assistant HRM for the annual manpower planning, C &B budget and planning;
？ Assistant HRM for the implementation of KPI annual target set up and periodic review.

Others:
Support HRM for other projects or programs initiated from the group.

Requirements：
？ At least Bachelor degree in human resource management, administration or related fields.
？ Good command of both Chinese and English in Written and Speaking.
？ Very familiar with local labor law and relevant regulations
？ Good at employee grievance handling and complex conflict handling.
？ With lawyer working experience or education background is preferable.
？ Minimum of 5+ years’ HR experience in MNC;
