职位描述：
Job Duties:
- Validate product design, production processes, BOM and factory capability to meet specifications through in-process audit and control on site.
- Evaluate construction samples to meet customer specification and quality requirements
- Create comprehensive Inspection Protocol including testing methods, quality and inspection checklist.
- Anticipate and mitigate potential risks supported by contingency action plan
- Provide technical advice and suggestions for process improvement and failure analysis.
- Follow through and investigate on design/manufacturing problem, define the problem and offer possible solution and carry out trouble shooting.
- Provide technical advice and suggestions to factories to improve their quality system & manufacturing process.
- Discuss work progress and issues / difficulties encountered with merchandisers to see how to work with customer together.
- Revise & dispatch Inspection Protocol to factories for updating customer requirement.
- In-line inspection including work in progress check and material check with in-line report and check against BOM
- Review lab test report, pre-production sample & final approval sample and follow-through CAP with factory by reporting via email and keep good filing.

Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Printing or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality assurance of quality department.
- Hands on experience in testing procedures of Seasonal/printing product.
- Good product knowledge paper printing and workmanship.
- Hands on experience in writing up Seasonal product specifications and inspection protocol.
- Good manufacturing and quality assurance knowledge in printing industry with proven record in the area of quality assurance from design until final inspection.
- Basic knowledge of quality management system.
- Possess analytical and trouble shooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. 举报 分享
